The short version
Your images stay with you
Supported files selected in Image Convert's public tools are processed on your device. The source files and results are not uploaded to us or to another company for processing.
The local-processing fact does not mean that the whole site makes no network requests or always works offline. Loading pages and articles, receiving feedback, and running analytics when configured involve ordinary website communication. This policy separates those activities from the image work performed in your browser.
1. Files and image processing
HEIC, HEIF, JPEG, PNG, and WebP files selected in the public tools are decoded and processed by your browser. A task may fail locally, but it does not fall back to cloud conversion or server-side image processing.
The following information remains on your device while you work:
- Selected images, full file names, image content, and metadata
- Decoded pixels, intermediate buffers, previews, and page order
- Dimensions, crop areas, compression choices, resize settings, and PDF settings
- Watermark text and settings, generated images, PDFs, and ZIP files
Clearing a tool, replacing its input, reloading the page, or closing the tab releases the work state held by the page. Files you download remain under your control on your device. Public tools require no sign-in and create no public account, processing history, or cloud file list.
2. Information the site receives
Different parts of the site receive different information. The image-processing boundary above does not prevent the standard requests needed to deliver a website.
- Page requests
- Hosting and delivery infrastructure can receive standard HTTP information such as IP address, browser and device type, requested page, referrer, and access time.
- Product analytics
- When configured, analytics can receive page views, referrers, approximate country or region, device and browser type, fixed tool identifiers, bounded counts, broad outcomes, and download actions.
- Feedback
- If you choose to send feedback, the site receives the message and an optional reply email. The empty anti-spam field is also checked.
- Article media
- Requests for public article images pass through the infrastructure used to store and deliver those published assets. Visitor-selected tool files never enter that path.
3. Analytics and cookies
Image Convert may use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand which pages and tools are useful, where broad failures occur, and whether visitors complete a task. Each provider loads only when its deployment identifier is configured.
Every public tool workspace is masked from Clarity. File names, previews, watermark text, settings, ordering, processing state, and result content are excluded from session-replay DOM data.
Analytics never receives tool data
Source files, full file names and paths, image content, metadata, decoded pixels, thumbnails, formats, sizes, dimensions, processing settings, crop coordinates, PDF order, watermark text, generated images, generated PDFs, and ZIP files are not sent to Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity.
Analytics providers may use cookies or similar browser storage. You can restrict or delete them through your browser settings or tracking protection. Local image processing and downloads continue when analytics is blocked.
4. Feedback and published content
Feedback is optional. Its message text and optional reply email are delivered to the operator's inbox through Resend. It is not stored in the site's database. A reply email is used only when a response is needed.
The feedback form accepts no image or file attachment. It does not automatically add file names, image content, metadata, processing state, editing settings, watermark text, generated files, or analytics data to the message.
Images stored for public articles are deliberately uploaded by the authenticated administrator. The article storage path is isolated from public tools and never receives a visitor-selected image or generated result.
5. Service providers and retention
The site uses a limited set of providers for delivery, measurement, feedback, and editorial administration. Their role does not change the public tool-file boundary.

- Domain, network, security, and published article-image delivery infrastructure
- Conditional Google Analytics measurement and private administrator sign-in
- Microsoft
- Conditional Clarity analytics with public workspaces masked

- Delivery of feedback text and an optional reply email
- Neon
- Published article and private administrator records, never public tool files
How long information remains
- Tool work
- Held by the page on your device until you clear or replace it, reload, or close the tab. Downloaded files remain until you remove them.
- Feedback
- Not copied into the site database. Resend and the receiving inbox handle it under their settings and policies for delivery and response.
- Analytics and request records
- Controlled by the relevant provider configuration and policy. The site does not add source files or generated results to those records.
- Editorial records
- Published articles, article images, and private administrator records remain while needed to operate the editorial service.
6. Your choices and contact
- You can block or remove analytics cookies and scripts with browser settings or tracking protection without disabling local image processing.
- You can use the tools without an account and can avoid providing an email when sending feedback unless you want a reply.
- You may contact the operator to ask about, correct, or delete information you deliberately supplied. Available privacy rights can depend on where you live and the data involved.
Children's privacy
The public tools do not create user accounts or intentionally collect image files from children. A child should use the site with the involvement of a parent, guardian, teacher, or other responsible adult when that is appropriate.
Changes to this policy
This page will be revised when the site's data practices or services change. The date at the top identifies the latest published version.

Use the feedback control at the bottom right to ask a privacy question or make a request. Do not include an image, processing file, file name, watermark text, or other content from your tool session. Add an email address only if you need a reply.
