Terms of use

Supported public-tool files are processed on your device. Selected files, decoded image content, intermediate work, settings, and generated images, PDFs, and ZIP files are not uploaded to us for processing. If local processing fails, the site does not switch to cloud conversion or server-side image processing.

Local processing does not mean the entire website is offline. Pages, published articles, analytics when configured, and optional feedback use ordinary web communication. The privacy policy explains those separate data paths.

You keep your rights in the images, text, and other material you use with the public tools. Because supported tool material stays on your device for processing, you do not grant us a licence to host or process that material.

You are responsible for making sure that:

• You own the material or have permission to use and alter it.
• Your use follows applicable law and respects privacy, copyright, trademark, publicity, and other third-party rights.
• Watermark text and completed files are appropriate for the way you intend to publish or share them.

You may use the site for lawful personal, educational, or business image tasks. You may not use it to violate another person's rights, break applicable law, distribute malicious material, gain unauthorized access, bypass security controls, interfere with the site, or place an unreasonable automated load on its public infrastructure.

Keep your original files until you have opened and checked every result you need. Download completed work before clearing a tool, replacing its input, reloading the page, or closing the tab. We do not keep a cloud copy or conversion history that can restore your work.

Preview and measure important outputs yourself before printing, publishing, submitting, archiving, or deleting a source file.

Processing capacity depends on your browser, device memory, operating system, available fonts, source dimensions, file complexity, batch size, and download settings. A supported format does not guarantee that every damaged, unusually large, animated, or otherwise complex file will complete.

We may correct, limit, replace, suspend, or discontinue a feature when needed for compatibility, security, maintenance, legal compliance, or operation of the site. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or a fixed service level. The current interface and documentation define the supported service at the time you use it.

The site design, product copy, original articles, trademarks, and repository-owned visual assets belong to their respective owners and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. These terms allow you to use the public service; they do not transfer ownership of the site or its brand assets.

The site includes open-source software that remains governed by its own licence notices. Links and ordinary infrastructure supplied by third parties remain subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the content or availability of an external site merely because we link to it.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site and its outputs are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, exact reproduction, preservation of metadata, fitness for a particular purpose, or acceptance by a specific device, platform, printer, publisher, authority, or workflow.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of or inability to use the site, including loss of files, data, revenue, opportunity, or reputation. You can reduce these risks by retaining source files and checking outputs before relying on them.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right or responsibility that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.
